<p>
	Please fix old bug where iOS app displays that update is available while the router was already updated to the latest version. Pulling down (refreshing) the main page does not help. It’s a very old bug.

	Hello!<br />
	After some receint updates (ex. during last 1-2 months) all the apps disappeared in the apps list.
</p>

<p>
	However, there were 4 of them before the update. At least, the BitTorrent app is running, but not shown in the list.
</p>

<p>
	The Android mobile APP is v. 55, the Keenetic OS is 4.3 Alpha 4 (but this bug was seen on some earlier versions also).

	After the last update (3.8.4) my Keenetic City router didn't restart itself properly and went offline on mobile app. Although after starting it manually it still didn't show up as online on the mobile app so I tried to link it again but I did not delete the offline one. Once I did that it showed itself as online but after 1 min of being online the situtation turned "being online" to "unable to verify your router, we will lock this router please contact support." I assume it did that because I didn't delete the offline one so it showed up like its duplicated one online and one offline. After all this I deleted both of them from the app, also deleted the app and reset my router to factory settings from the reset button. But now I'm unable to link my router to my phone, deleted the app again restarted the router even to its factory settings. I'm still getting the error that says "Ups, something went wrong." on the link page, it says "authenticating" and this goes either forever or I'm getting the "something went wrong" error. What should I do about it?

	If you are using WAN(ethernet) connection description, there is no problem. The name you give in the interface remains the same. And this appears in the mobile app.
</p>

<p>
	<a class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image" href="https://forum.keenetic.com/uploads/monthly_2021_08/image.png.aa02b797349c86d67570bf0d7dbd9f81.png" data-fileid="25720" data-fileext="png" rel=""><img class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" data-fileid="25720" data-ratio="55.90" width="1000" alt="image.thumb.png.a058bb690758996ecff23cb401ec3d93.png" src="https://forum.keenetic.com/uploads/monthly_2021_08/image.thumb.png.a058bb690758996ecff23cb401ec3d93.png" /></a>
</p>

<p>
	In DSL models, it is not enough to enter the PPPoE description in the interface. Because it continues to appear as PPPoE in the mobile application.
