dear sir i have Hero DSL (KN-2410) EU i am using this device in egypt it work very well i whant to test all features and tweaks my device stopped updating manual or automatic also i cant add any applications to my device when i choose update it tell me to make backup and confirm the device stops at the step of preparing the device for updates and tell me not to switch off the device and nothing happens after that also some times it tell me that there is no connection to the update server please help
