tranmission web control version has never been updated, I think the web panel needs to be updated first. I think they haven't updated it because web control is unofficial and there might be a discrepancy in the version. or it would be better if instead of transmission they went full qbittorrent client. of course we can change it with opkg but it would be better to change it by default.

transmission version should be updated to 4.0.4, the current version is too old
