  1. If it is connected with a cable, ensure the port is the WAN port on the sprinter, and on your main router, in Guest Segment, ensure under Ports and VLAN Settings, that T is on the port where the extender cable is attached. Show other segments should have a tick for Home Segment on the same port. Under IP Settings, make sure Use NAT is enabled and the Internet Traffic Handling Rules "Connection Policy" has your provider ISP connection selected. If the Guest Wifi works on the main router, personally, I would remove the extender from the mesh, factory reset and rejoin. Then you will know if it is a config on the main router or the extender.
  2. Is the connection via a cable? If so, make sure the Guest LAN is also shared on that port.
  3. Hi. I've got 2 Hero4G routers in the same mesh. One is the controller and one is an extender. Currently the connection is via SIM card on the 4G controller. Is it possible to create another connection for the Mesh on the Hero 4G that is an extender? The Hero4G extender doesn't show the mobile connection, and the Hero 4G controller doesn't show a possibility for a connection through the extender. Is this possible without adding a 4G USB Model to the 4G Hero controller? -Mark
