поставил Entware и opkg install nginx. теперь лог роутера забит вот этим. Scgi и папка есть var\lib\nginx\scgi где выключить? нашёл только. Протокол Simple Common Gateway Interface (SCGI) — это протокол по взаимодействию приложений с веб (http) серверами. Большинство современных WEB-серверов (Apache/nginx/lighttpd) имеют встроенную поддержку scgi.

похоже вы правы уважаемый, на роутере за ним по wi-fi такая же фигня творится. что делать ума не приложу.

Обновил вчера (04.12.2020) пакеты Entware, среди них и nginx. Теперь с ним проблемы. В логе самого роутера (KN-1810, прошивка 3.6) это выглядит вот так:
