Ipsec: unable to receive from RT event socket No buffer space available

Question

Использую новый Keenetic Hopper в связке Ipsec (настроен через WEB) + bird4 (OPKG) для обхода блокировок по VPN.
Bird4 получает по BGP маршруты и обновляет таблицу ipconfig.

В это время в логи сыпятся сообщения о том что недостаточно сокетов у IPSEC, также спорадически возникают другие проблемы с открытием соединений. Подобной проблемы на старом Zyxel Keenetic Extra II почему-то нет.

Отсюда вопрос, может быть кто-то знает как можно увеличить кочилество сокетов, либо побороть подобные проблемы? 

Пробовал гуглить и читать форумы, но рекомендации/советы ни к чему не привели.
