802.11r between Keenetic Hero DSL on sw 3.8.5 and DD-WRT

Question

Posted

Hi all,

I am setting up our network, based on a Keenetic Hero DSL and an Archer C7 v2 connected via gigabit ethernet.

I set up both 2.4ghz and 5ghz on both devices with the same SSID and WPA2-PSK key. However, trying to set up 802.11r there is a discrepancy between the configs. The Keenetic allows me to set these values:

in DD-WRT I can set up these:

So, what is a Mobility domain ID vs a Mobility domain? The NAS Identifier isn't in Keenetic? The Mobility domain key isn't in DD-WRT?

Would love some guidance to get fast handoff between both routers.

Thank you!
