[4.1.7] Core::Scgi::Session errors - neglectable or serious?

Hi,

since updating to 4.1.7, I get occasional error messages sent to my syslog daemon like these:

Core::Scgi::Session: system failed [0xcffd03ee], unexpected error code: 0xcffd016a.
Core::Scgi::Session: system failed [0xcffd016a], failed to send a source file. 

What is causing these, and do I need to worry?

Typically it is the bots trying to get access to your device or some small network glitches. If everything works ok that there's no reason to worry.
