Here is written about http protocol on tcp port 80.

I see, that only https on tcp port 443 is available.

Just sometimes port 80 does response.

Same situation with command "opkg update"

root@Group:/opt/etc/ngx-fancyindex-0.5.2$ opkg update
Downloading http://bin.entware.net/mipselsf-k3.4/Packages.gz
wget: can't connect to remote host (158.160.45.54): Connection timed out
*** Failed to download the package list from http://bin.entware.net/mipselsf-k3.4/Packages.gz

Downloading http://bin.entware.net/mipselsf-k3.4/keenetic/Packages.gz
Updated list of available packages in /opt/var/opkg-lists/keendev
Collected errors:
 * opkg_download: Failed to download http://bin.entware.net/mipselsf-k3.4/Packages.gz, wget returned 1.
