Build only module with --with-compat after downloading corresponding release of nginx.

./auto/configure --add-dynamic-module=../ngx-fancyindex --with-pcre=../pcre/
make modules -j1
cp objs/ngx_http_fancyindex_module.so /usr/share/nginx/modules
