SIP configuration

Hello,

I installed Telephone accesory to install VOIP in my home.

I also purchased a VoIP service that has been tested by Keenetic (Freecall).

 

This is the data provided by freecall

SIP port:	5060
Registrar:	sip.freecall.com
Proxy server:	sip.freecall.com
Outbound proxy server:	leave empty
Account name:	your FreeCall username
Password:	your FreeCall password
Display name/number:	your FreeCall username or voipnumber
Stunserver (option):	stun.freecall.com

 

Codecs

G.711 (64 kbps)

G.726 (32 kbps)

G.729 (8 kbps)

G.723 (5.3 & 6.3 kbps)

GSMFR (13 kbps)

 

 

If you have audio problems:

Use a STUN server (e.g. stun.freecall.com with port 3478)
(if supported by your device)
Use the G.711 codec

 

Could you tellme how to configure each parameter on Keenetic Hero?

I was trying to do it unsucessfully as a freecall VoIP Provider...

Could you support me to configure it? I was dowloading windows APP for Freecall and it was working fine. But it's not working using my analog telephone. Thanks.

Hi,

you need to configure a new line with the correct parameters, as Freecall send to you. I leave you an example attached.

Thanks @keen_parish27you are right. 

I paired my analog phone to this provider.

I was trying to use provider free callby default and not other,  but with your example was very easy to link it.
