@guney guney - you need to add USB Audio kernel modules on General Settings -> Components Confihuration page.
In case your usb audio is supported by these components you will need to
1. install (lsmod) kernel modules
2. install Entware package with audio player and try if this will work.

Приложения на go собранные для стандартных дистрибутивов linux могут вообще не работать в Entware или работать некорректно. Они ищут файлы linux которых в прошивке нет. Версии, собранные для Entware все ищут в /opt!

Entware has tailscale package. There is a topic in Russian on it -
The problem is iptables rules that are recreated by firmware. Hooks should be used for tailscale on Keenetic to work.
Wireguard protocol is embeded in tailscale binary and is independent from firmware wireguard support.
I do use wireguard on Keenetic as an alternative internet route and use tailscale on my NAS (with --advertise-routes) to access my entire home lan from other places.

You may need to set PATH environment in your script or use full path name for echo -> /opt/bin/echo

In case of usb install - the folders are already there. I think in your case you need only to copy script in appropriate folder and make it executable. Add a logger call inside the script to check it is called as designed.

Syncthing 1.8 собирается с ошибкой с помощью go 1.15+. Выложена версия syncthing 1.9 - вроде там проблемы нет. Проверим и выложим
