Do kernel.warning messages indicate a serious problem?

I've been seeing it in syslog for a long time.

This is a fatal error occured in some process (in your case, ntce). The main system will immediately restart it. The user may not even notice. Of course, you are welcome to install the latest Dev version, and if the problem is still reproducible, please post your findings to "Dev channel issues & test reports".
