Speedster (KN-3010)- BAD speed internet

Hello everyone, the problem is the following:
When the provider is connected to the computer directly - the Internet speed is 1 gigabit, when connected via kenetic - 100 mbps, the latest OS firmware is installed and the router has been reset to factory settings. I also inserted the provider into another port, changed the patch cords - nothing helps.

HEEEEEEEELP!!!

 

p.s.
I set full duplex on the 1000MB port - there was no Internet then, I set auto-negotiation - there is Internet but 100

I figured it out, the ONU provider put a new and new cable, I just changed it and the internet speed was 1000. The problem was with the factory cable, which I had less than a day - it was new, so I excluded it from the equation of the problem. The router is great. THANKs
