Keenetic Giga III (EAEU) Can't add router to Keenetic mobile app after udatate to 4.1b0

Yesterday does upgrade from 3.7.3 to 4.1b0 and router stopd answering in mobile app, after delete it, i can't add it again - in same network, app tells that router is offline, add by cid tells that cid does not exist

turn off/on "Keenetic Cloud Service" and reboot - didn't help
