Controller Giga (KN-1011) EAEU and two extenders Sprinter (KN-3710) EAEU Updates and component options don't work on Giga. It writes "Failed to get component list from the server." These functions work correctly on both Sprinters, connected behind Giga. I suppose, that routers might use different update servers. Some of them can be unavailable in Russia, when I live. 0 Seniemour Posted January 5 Author Share Posted January 5 So, I've solved the problem! Log file contained strings "DPN acceptance required". I found that it meant I must approve the licence agreement.
