Permanent "Confirm Rights" on site



One of the Keenetics does not want to be added to the RMM in any way.

I always get the message "Confirmation of rights required".

Even after entering the correct data, "Loading" is then again "Confirmation of rights required". 

I tried to reboot, reinstall the package "Agent of the Keenetic Cloud and KeenDNS cloud service", change the user's password, delete and re-add to the RMM. Nothing helped. 

Model: KN-1310
Service Tag: 065-593-392-695-287
Firmware: 3.7.5 - the latest on stable channel

At the same time, several KN-1310s have already been added to the RMM - there are no problems there.
