ZW-DFS requires dedicated RF-chain and HW RF frontend, so it can't be implemented without explicit HW assistance.

Which model do you imply?

I was referring more to the implementation on new models

New models have ZW-DFS enabled on KN-1011, 1811, other AX3000 models have some kind of ZW-DFS too. Anything else, esp. on low-end devices, is unfeasible.

Hello,

DfsEnable=1
DfsZeroWait=0
DfsZeroWaitCacTime=255
DfsDedicatedZeroWait=2

I saw these values as default in self-test. I am using KN-1011. (Same thing with KN-1811 & KN-3411.)
So will the ZW-DFS switch be added to the interface?

I don't think there would be any advantage in closing it. I just asked because I was curious.

By the way, does the value "0" in the config mean that it is on?

There are no reasons to disable it.

DfsEnable=1
DfsZeroWait=0
DfsZeroWaitCacTime=255
DfsDedicatedZeroWait=2

Well, on all models such as City, Ultra, Titan, Buddy6, Sprinter that I downloaded the self-test, DFSZeroWait=0 appears.
How can I make sure DfsZeroWait is working?

Don't mind about this parameter, it is only for compatibilty. All you need is to take a look on the DfsDedicatedZeroWait.

DfsDedicatedZeroWait=2 means enabled.

I could only find a note from MTK.
