I know RMMs are essential for managing IT infrastructure, but I'm overwhelmed by the options available. Our company has around 20 employees and uses a mix of Windows and macOS devices. We need an RMM solution that can streamline our IT operations, enhance security, and automate tasks. Here's what we're looking for: We don't have a dedicated IT team, so a user-friendly interface is crucial. As a small business, budget is a concern. We're hoping for a system that offers good value, perhaps with tiered pricing or a pay-as-you-go option. Remote support, automated patch management, system health monitoring, and reporting are essential. Integration with other tools we use would be a bonus. Reliable support is vital for resolving technical issues. We want a solution that can grow with our business.
