Linear continuously rebooting

Question

Posted

Hello everybody, I have installed the Linear box to my Skipper router which handles the FFTH over Skywifi.

I have set the line telephone line with the parameters for sky, the linear register on the sky network but starts rebooting itself continuously.
Any info and idea about why and hot to stop this?

If a make. Phone call from outside the provider tells the number is unavailable

Fixed, with the parameters for sky DTMF= Inband.

sorry to have raised a silly question.

But: still the telephone does not work. I’m not able to make a phone call.

These the parameters required by sky I’m not able to set on my skipper:

  • Support 100rel
  • Voice Codec G.711 e G.729 (this second one not found)
  • Packetization time: 20ms
  • Register Expires: 3600s
  • VAD (Voice Activity Detection): no/disabled
  • Conference URI: conf@voip.sky.it

To guarantee the correct priority of the Voice service against the Data one, you should configure on the router the following QoS (802.1p):

  • For FTTH: PCP=5
