Uncheck the "Auto-mount new USB drives" checkbox to disable this behavior.

But I think there is something wrong here.
I made a disconnect myself. I'm going to remove the disk. Why is disk coming back there? It also comes with permissions. I can access SMB even though it shows Disconnect.

Sorry, I may have misremembered the action.
But I don't want to share that folder or disk anymore in smb.
Why is it coming back? This is the main case.

addition:

sorry again.

I also showed unmounted disk in the cli output. while the disk is in a disconneted state.

It was something I noticed late at night. I had trouble remembering because of lack of sleep. 😟

Because the "Auto-mount new USB drives" function enabled.

I understand.
But this is not a new USB. I maybe want to remove that directory from SMB. I'll just source another directory. It comes back automatically after deleting

Auto-mount new USB drives

if i insert a new disk i will understand. it comes back when completely removing the current disk.
So we will delete the source path that cannot be found after unmounting?

Auto-mount new USB drives

Probably this is a wrong name of a feature.
The function each time creates shares for all partitions of a (re)attached disk, not only for a new one.
