How to remotely connect to KeeneticOS GUI using public iPv6 address?

AlperShal

Question

Hi! My router's (KN-1910) connection mode is set to "HTTP and HTTPS" under Users and Access but when I type my router's iPv6 to the address bar of my browser (using http or https) the router refuses to connect. If it matters, I am also using KeenDNS and it is in "Auto" mode.

The current implementation of KeenDNS does not support direct IPv6. It resolves your KeenDNS name into the cloud IPv6 addresses only. The only option is to connect to the IPv6 address directly without HTTPS. The Web interface is accessible by IPv6 in version 4.0 only, so please upgrade your device to 4.0 (Preview).
