Confirm Button Not Visible in "Install Updates" Screen / 4.3B3

In the Install Updates screen, when a large number of components are added, the Confirm button is not visible as it gets pushed down, and the page cannot be scrolled.

Please check and resolve this issue.

This issue has always been present with the new interface. It persists in the same way in many previous versions. If the list is very long, the button doesn't fit on any screen. You can only scroll down by pressing the Tab key.
