Keenetic Titan lan3 not work properly.

I have a new Keenetic Titan router. The Lan3 port is not working properly. When set to auto-negotiation, only half-duplex mode works. With other settings it does not work at all. Is it a hardware or a software error?  Thank you for you response!

Did you test all ports with the same wired client?

Yes! I tested all ports with same wired client. It works properly on other ports.

Does the same cable provide proper connection on other ports? Have you tried it with the device you plugged into port 3, right?

Yes, I have tested the cable on other ports and it works properly.

I even tried to change devices on the ports. The result is still the same.

Have you checked that there is no abnormality in the wires of the 3rd port?

Did you check the wires inside the ports?

Sometimes we can't predict what might happen without realizing it. This is my 2 year old laptop. I use very few ethernet cables and I disassemble them very carefully.
