The Wi-Fi button and Wi-Fi toggles in the web interface are independent controls. The system architecture is: WifiMaster0 — 2.4 GHz radio WifiMaster0/AccessPoint0 WifiMaster0/AccessPoint1 ... WifiMaster1 — 5 GHz radio WifiMaster1/AccessPoint0 WifiMaster1/AccessPoint1 ... The button controls the WifiMaster interfaces. It turns radio on and off. The AccessPoints are logical multi-SSID interfaces on top of WifiMaster. So, they stop working when you turn the radio off using hardware button. On the other hand, access points have individual controls in the web interface. These software controls cannot enable Wi-Fi if you disabled the whole WifiMaster, because hardware switch has a higher priority. When someone at home turns the WifiMaster on using the button, the AccessPoint interfaces may be disabled using software. This logic may be not obvious from the GUI point of view, but it's not a bug, and works exactly as designed.

You are observing the activity of the "internet checker". The list of websites (such as ya.ru, nic.ru) depends on the country to which the device is distributed/marketed. Your device is most likely produced for Russia. This country code is a factory default that cannot be changed. You can stop this by disabling the "internet checker" service: no service internet-checker (and save configuration).

Да, команду по памяти напутал, но поняли правильно. Ручное правило переадресации проблемой не будет, потому что его создаёт авторизованный админ. А UPnP работает без авторизации, поэтому нельзя.

Лог и селф-тест не приложили, там должно быть сообщение на эту тему. UPnP теперь запрещено использовать занятые порты. Иначе представьте, кто угодно может пробросить себе порт и заблокировать администратору доступ к управлению устройством. О разном, ту тему давно закрыли. Причин у конкретно Вашей ошибки может быть несколько, проще с поддержкой диагностировать.

Ищите бэкдор у себя дома, который по UPnP себе порт открывает. Для поиска воспользуйтесь командой: show upnp redirect Сервис можно отключить: no service upnp или снесите поддержку UPnP совсем. Если догадка не подтвердится, и self-test не пришлете, придется тему грохнуть.

You cannot connect to Keenetic and edgerouter using IPsec at the same time, because you have to decide which of them will accept ports 500 and 4500. Configure edgerouter to forward your requests to Keenetic somehow.
