I tried to suppress transmission logs, that is not fixed the issue. Telegram admin told me is that related about new ntce dpi.

Did you check the wires inside the ports? Sometimes we can't predict what might happen without realizing it. This is my 2 year old laptop. I use very few ethernet cables and I disassemble them very carefully.

Have you checked that there is no abnormality in the wires of the 3rd port?

Does the same cable provide proper connection on other ports? Have you tried it with the device you plugged into port 3, right?

The ethernet connection speed of devices in KeeneticOS 3.6.12 is visible. (Example: Keenetic Ultra) It does not appear on devices with version 3.7.3. (Example; Keenetic Extra and Keenetic Hero DSL)
