There may be a situation where the phone is experiencing while on the DFS channel.
What are your Wi-Fi channel settings? -
Hello,
I noticed it while experimenting with TV+(ISS's IPTV) after a fresh install of Hero DSL (KN-2410).
software version: KeeneticOS 3.8.4A few custom routings were defined, IGMP v3 was selected in the home network.
I noticed that the above features were reset after I made DNS ignore toggle or dns changes.
So routings have been deleted, igmp has been deactivated..
I always saw the same result after 2-3 repetitions. -

After the last update (3.8.4) my Keenetic City router didn't restart itself properly and went offline on mobile app. Although after starting it manually it still didn't show up as online on the mobile app so I tried to link it again but I did not delete the offline one. Once I did that it showed itself as online but after 1 min of being online the situtation turned "being online" to "unable to verify your router, we will lock this router please contact support." I assume it did that because I didn't delete the offline one so it showed up like its duplicated one online and one offline. But now I'm unable to link my router to my phone, deleted the app again restarted the router even to its factory settings. I'm still getting the error that says "Ups, something went wrong." on the link page, it says "authenticating" and this goes either forever or I'm getting the "something went wrong" error. What should I do about it?
Remove old entry and add new one again.

About speed of notifications -sometimes, it not depends on our product. We know about this and we'll try to fixing if it possible.
Send this changelist from the rmm telegram bot as well.

It would be nice if RMM back up the last good config files on the network homepage.
For example; The keenetic device was physically tampered with. The system has been reset. It would be great to be able to bring it back in a very short time with the latest good config backup.
I went to a client today. He had a problem. I thought they reset their Keenetics without letting me know. If they did, I came up with the idea that it would be great to restore from the backup that was in the RMM at the time.

Yes, all my notifications are turned on.
Sometimes they come a little late.It would be nice to have the changelogs as a post as well. RMM, KeeneticOS, MobileApp etc.

when you exit the wizard, it stays in the version it should be.
I did not understand why an experienced person is so stuck in this situation in the installation with the wizard. Or I don't quite understand what you want to say.
Could it be a solution to remove the initial wizard component? -
Hello there,
When I want to send many files to disk in the file browser, there is no scroll bar on the page that opens.
It causes the progress not to display properly.the other is that the new PPPOE button in the mobile browser does not fit in Turkish.

I'll use the one starting with 4b instead of the one starting with f3. I inserted both disks into the Keenetic. I also removed the disks from SMB beforehand.I authorize access to disks. One is not accepted.

I am doing the PPPOE information test of different Keenetic models with different routers.
In the Hero KN-1011 model, information is received on the interface, but the window does not close. For this reason, you cannot save the received information.

The reason for the problem of not receiving sms in Runner 4G, 3.9.a versions has been changed to 3.8.3 version. It appears online in RMM.

With the 3.9.a.2 update on the Runner 4g model and now the 3.9.a.3 update on my Hero model, my networks appear offline in RMM.
Also, I am currently using 3.8.x version because I have sms problem in Runenr 4G. However, KeenDNS addresses were also encountering 502 Bad Gateway errors.

bssid and mac address are slightly different.
Enter the following command in CMD while connected to whichever device you need bssid. (Omni DSL)
netsh wlan show networks mode=Bssid

Hello,
I cannot exit the "event log" page when viewing RMM from my mobile phone.
When I do it back, it returns to another page I opened before rmm. -

Just enter the command for 2.4ghz on the Lite-1 device. Because your devices only have 2.4ghz AP.

Wouldn't it be nice if new components in KeeneticOS versions had a sign next to them?
If the HTTP(S)/SOCK proxy that came with 3.9.A.1 looked like this, I would have noticed it more quickly.
